Four Seasons Charcoal Baked

CO619
In the foothills of Dong Ding Mountain at an elevation of 2600 feet, this tea is grown on a tea farm shrouded in intense fog most of the year which causes the tea to grow slowly. Charcoal from the Long Yen (logan) tree, which produces a fruit similar to apricots, was used to process this tea. This tea was roasted for 4.5 hours, with frequent stirrings, starting with 15 minute intervals , until the Tea Master was satisfied with it being at its best. Price per .25lb.
